New England Puppy Rescue is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to rescuing neglected, unwanted puppies, regardless of zip code, that are abandoned, in high-kill shelters, or owner-surrendered, giving them the veterinary care they need and deserve, and placing them in loving, forever homes. NEPR was created for those puppies that don't have a voice, a chance or even a happy memory.
